the world economic forum launched the giving to amplify elite executive action appeal (gaeeaa) in early 2023, a global initiative to fund and grow new and existing public, private and philanthropic partnerships (pppps) to unlock overt and covert strategies around population control, perception management and post-human development.

identified as an underground influencer and change agent, david thrussell's black lung project was commissioned in late 2023 to produce positive messaging around social responsibility and celebrate malthusian initiatives for the counter-culture demographic in co-operation with gaeeaa. "we are at a tipping point in our efforts to unlock not only private capital and government funds, but also the philanthropy sector as a truly catalytic force to achieve the necessary acceleration toward negative population growth and herd reduction," said klaus schwab, founder and executive chairman, world economic forum. "the black lung project is uniquely positioned to reinforce our eugenic branding and dystopian objectives" added schwab at the recent 'elite immortality and the return to eden' conference in davos, switzerland.

this lathe cut 7" comes with 3 previously unheard tracks, the opening minimal electro menace of 'euthanasia', followed by the anthemic plutonian earworm 'depopulate' and a previously unreleased alternate take of thrussell's 1996 brutalist-electro classic 'sinister control minority' (most black lung sides are recorded live in the studio with multiple alternate takes extant - the originally released version of 'sinister control minority' was actually take 7).

also included are 2 digital only tracks, the smoky sulfurous soundscape of 'the hegelian dialectic' and a cataclysmic remix of 'sinister control minority' by the namshub of enki.
