cold echoes from the mind's abyss, weaving whispers of twisted love through pulsing shadows. the digital single includes the original version of FOLIE À DEUX from riotmiloo's album blackout, as well as deux remixes by DAN COURTMAN (THOROFON / KOMMANDO) and SPHERICAL DISRUPTED.

FOLIE À DEUX unfolds as a sinister whirlpool. a cold, swirling maelstrom of electronic noise erupts, engulfing the senses. monotonous, hypnotic downtempo beats hammer home the melody, while the remarkable voice of riotmiloo, laced with sultry destructive power, rasps lyrics dripping with manipulative intent. the haunting vocal delivery is a harrowing testament to a pathologic love, suffocated by a haze of claustrophobic, electronic atmosphere. the extensive use of analogue synths and cold electronics creates a sombre electro mood with a splash of angst-pop.
